Prototyping

Experience future innovations in today's real life.

In the prototype workshop we transform concepts into unique and fully functional prototypes. This is the place where innovation is born.

Prototype technologies on demand.

3D Printing

Advanced Rapid Prototyping.

Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), Multi Jet Fusion (MJF) and Selective Laser Melting (SLM) are industrial 3D printing processes that produce functional prototypes and end-use production parts in as fast as 1 day and combine the design flexibility of 3D printing with the mechanical properties of high-performance materials to create unique, strong, and lightweight parts for even the most complex applications. At Qoolers, 3D printing methods play a key role in the accelerated prototyping process.

Carbon Fibre Moulding

Lighter, stronger, stiffer.

Carbon fibre components made of forged carbon or fibre fabric, combined with Kevlar fabric, provide excellent mechanical performance that can rival or better that of metals and allows fully moulded shapes to be produced. Resin transfer moulding (RTM) technology has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost, great quality of parts, high dimensional accuracy and little impact on the environment. Thanks to this technology, Qoolers produces one of the most exciting battery housings.

CNC Machining

Industrial Rapid Prototyping.

CNC and 3D printing are the two leading manufacturing technologies used for rapid prototyping and low-volume production. Compared to 3D printing, the CNC machining offers the advantage of excellent surface finish, larger material portfolio and higher precision of prototypes. CNC machining is less limited by the size of the prototype and creates the possibility of multiple surface finishes. Qoolers selects the suitable prototyping technology with respect to the design to always achieve the best results.

Laser Technologies

precise cutting & welding.

Industrial laser cutting is a technology that Qoolers uses to create intricate parts with a high-quality cutting surface finish and shapes from metal sheets, plastics, and many other materials. Laser beam welding (LBW) is a technology used to join pieces of metal or thermoplastics to achieve narrow, deep and great quality welds and high welding rates. These technologies allow Qoolers engineers to incorporate barely visible, particulate-free weld lines into large designs.

3D Scanning

FOCUSed ON DETAIL.

3D scanning technology allows for significantly faster product development, rapid prototyping, reverse engineering, inspection and quality control. Using 3D scanners, Qoolers can capture accurate and measurable 3D data of product or component assembly in a matter of minutes and further operate on it. Professional 3D scanners provide maximum measurement accuracy from 0.025 mm depending on the type and greater comfort of working with the device itself.
