Your mission at Qoolers

The development of new generation of ultra-high capacity battery packs that will significantly extend the range of electric vehicles, reduce charging time to just a few minutes and significantly improve their safety.

You will work on the development of advanced battery systems and subsystems for high-performance EVs of the world's best carmakers. From concept design to final serial production. You will solve complex problems and find new and exciting ways to use technology to achieve the best results.

Your responsibility

You will become an important part of our R&D team, working with them on some of the most challenging and exciting projects in the automotive industry today.

You will take control of new R&D projects for high-voltage battery systems. Your work will include CAD modelling of battery packs and components, managing requirements at subsystem and component level in collaboration with customers and suppliers, creating electrical component plans, preparing battery pack and module testing, providing support to the design and test teams.

Your Key Qualifications

The most important thing you must have is a passion for what you do.

Hard skills

• University degree in electrical engineering

• Advanced knowledge of battery systems

• Good knowledge of li-ion battery cells

• Good knowledge of any CAD software

• English at least B2 level

• Experience in R&D

Soft skills

• Ability to learn quickly

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Ability to solve problems

• Be communicative, goal-oriented and flexible

• Be creative, reliable and stress resistant
